Customize your Tunder invoice information
Customize the details shown on your subscription invoices.
The invoices for your subscription are not written by Tunder: they are generated automatically by the platform where you subscribed (Apple or Google). That is where you add or edit the billing information: name, address, company…
In the back-office as in the app, a link takes you there. Pick the app or the back-office (on a computer) below.
Where the invoice information is set
Subscription taken on the App Store (iPhone, iPad)
In your Apple account, with the Apple ID used for the Tunder subscription.
Subscription taken on Google Play (Android)
In the billing settings of your Google Payments account.
Subscription taken on the Tunder website
In your online subscription page, which gathers your invoices and your legal information.
Get there from the app
The screens are those of the Tunder app on a phone or tablet. Sign in with the shop's owner account.
Open the Subscription screen
In the app: menu ☰, then Settings, then Subscription.
Tap “My invoices”
It is the second button of the Billing section.
- Subscription taken on the website: the button opens your online subscription page, where your invoices and your legal information are.
- Subscription taken on the App Store or Google Play: the button opens the help article about invoices; to edit the information, then follow the “With Apple” or “With Google” steps below.
Get there from the back-office
The back-office is at admin.tunder.co. Sign in with the shop's owner account, the one that took out the subscription.
Open “Subscription”, then the “My invoices” tab
In the left menu, click Subscription, then the My invoices tab.
Click “Customize the information on my invoices”
This link appears for a subscription taken on the App Store or Google Play (the page says “Find your invoices on App Store” or “… on Google Play”). It opens a new tab: Apple's help, or the Google Payments settings.
Edit your information with the platform
Add or change the name, address or company on the page that opens, following its instructions.
Tip. Subscription taken on the website? The “My invoices” tab then shows the table of your invoices instead of these links: your information is managed in your online subscription page.
With Apple (iPhone, iPad)
You manage the details shown on your Apple invoices from your Apple account, by following Apple's official help page “Customize your Apple invoice information”. The back-office link takes you straight there.
Warning. Sign in with the right Apple ID, the one used for the Tunder subscription.
With Google (Android)
You edit your billing information directly in your Google Payments account, on the “settings” page of payments.google.com. The back-office link opens that page.
