How do I cancel my Tunder Premium subscription?
Cancel Premium at any time from the App Store, Google Play or the website.
You can cancel Premium at any time. Cancelling is done on the platform where you subscribed: Apple, Google or the Tunder website. The app and the back-office take you there in one click.
Cancelling stops future payments, but you keep the Premium features until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens when you cancel
Payments stop
No new charge is made at the next due date.
Premium stays active until the end of the paid period
You keep your Premium features until the end date, then your account goes back to free.
Tunder updates after the platform
The cancellation of your Tunder subscription shows up once the platform where you subscribed has notified us. If in doubt, contact support.
Cancel from the app
The screens are those of the Tunder app on a phone or tablet. Sign in with the shop's owner account: any other account sees “Restricted access”.
Open the Subscription screen
In the app: menu ☰, then Settings, then Subscription.
Tap “Unsubscribe”
It is the last button of the Billing section.
Finish with your platform
What follows depends on where you subscribed.
- Subscription taken on the website: the button directly opens the page where you cancel your subscription.
- Subscription taken on the App Store or Google Play: a screen shows your current subscription and the next one (free). “Unsubscribe” then opens the Apple or Google subscriptions page, where you confirm the cancellation (see below), and the app shows “Cancel subscription”: cancelling is only done with the platform, tap “Got it”.
Cancel from the back-office
The back-office is at admin.tunder.co. Sign in with the shop's owner account, the one that took out the subscription.
Open “Subscription”
In the left menu, click Subscription.
Click “Cancel subscription”
The red link is at the bottom right of the “Premium subscription” card. It opens a new tab.
- Subscription taken on the website: the link opens the page where you cancel your subscription.
App Store subscription: same link, to Apple's subscriptions
The card says “Billed by: App Store”. The link opens Apple's subscriptions page.
Google Play subscription: same link, to Google's subscriptions
The card says “Billed by: Google Play”. The link opens the Google Play subscriptions page.
Check the subscription status
Once the cancellation is taken into account, the card shows “Canceled” and, in red, the “Cancellation date”: it is the last day of Premium. The “Cancel subscription” link disappears.
Tip. Premium offered by Tunder? The Subscription page then shows no cancellation link: there is nothing to cancel.
