Use Tunder on a computer
The back-office opens in a browser, with nothing to install. The app can be downloaded on iPhone, iPad and Android.
On a computer, you use Tunder with the back-office, at admin.tunder.co. It opens in your browser: there is nothing to install.
The register app can be downloaded on iPhone, iPad and Android (phone and tablet). To sell, use the app.
Open the back-office in a browser
It works on any computer, Mac or Windows, with a browser.
Find the address
Type admin.tunder.co in your browser. You can also email it to yourself from the app: tap the menu icon ☰, then Settings, General tab, “Back-office” row.
- In the app: the “Back-office access” screen shows the address and lets you receive it by email (“Receive the address by email”).
Sign in
Sign in with the account that created the shop on the register.
- If Tunder says “No shop on this account”, you are not using the right account: sign in again with the register's one.
Choose your shop
If your account has several shops, Tunder asks you to pick yours (“Choose your shop”). The left menu then gives you access to Items, Inventory, Subscription and Settings.
Tip. The back-office is for managing your shop from a big screen: items, inventory, subscription and settings. Sales are made in the app.
On Mac
The back-office, with no installation
Open admin.tunder.co in Safari, Chrome or another browser: it is the simplest option on a Mac.
The app on the Mac App Store
Open the Mac App Store, search for “Tunder”, then download the app. Sign in with the same email address as your account. It requires macOS 11.0 or later.
On Windows
No app for Windows
The Tunder app is not available for a Windows PC, and there is no other way to install it there.
The back-office works
Open admin.tunder.co in your browser: it works on Windows too.
