Manage my web subscription

Premium6 min readUpdated October 28, 2026

Manage a subscription bought on the Tunder website, from the app or online.

If you subscribed on the Tunder website, you manage your subscription directly from the app, from the back-office (admin.tunder.co) or online. You change plan, change payment method, download your invoices or cancel.

Your subscription is “on the web” if you received an email from Paddle, our payment platform, after subscribing. Pick the app or the back-office (on a computer) below.

Manage your subscription from the app

The screens are those of the Tunder app on a phone or tablet. Sign in with the shop's owner account: any other account sees “Restricted access” and the administrator's address.

  1. Open the Subscription screen

In the app: menu ☰, then Settings, then Subscription.

  2. Read your current subscription

The “Current subscription” frame shows your plan (Premium), the number of devices, the price and the next billing date.

  3. Tap the button that matches what you need

All these buttons open the management page of your web subscription, where you manage subscription, payments and invoices.

    • Manage subscription: you change plan and pick the one that suits you. During the free trial, this button is not available: the app explains it and suggests contacting support.
    • Change my payment method: you update your bank card or payment method.
    • My invoices: you view and download your invoices.
    • Unsubscribe: you cancel your subscription if you wish.

Warning. You had an Apple or Google Play subscription and you are switching to the web subscription? Remember to cancel the old subscription with Apple or Google, to avoid being charged twice.

Without the app: from the internet

You can also manage your subscription online, without opening Tunder.

  1. Open the online subscription page

Go to link.tunder.co/manage_sub_web_en (“Tunder web subscription”).

  2. Enter the email of your Tunder account

It is the address you received the Paddle email on after subscribing.

  3. Find your subscription page

You find your invoices and your legal information there.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know whether my subscription is a web subscription?

Yes. In the back-office, the “Manage subscription” block offers the Monthly / Annually switch and the “Switch to annually” or “monthly” button. A window shows the amount to pay today before you confirm.
The “Manage subscription” button is greyed out or shows a message: why?
